Introduction to Hand Balancing
In this class you will learn the basics of hand balancing. Since it is an introductory class, you don't have to have a great handstand but you do need an interest and commitment to make it better! The coach will teach you posture, alignment, and strength exercises to help you stand on your hands with ease.
