Adult Conditioning
Now parents can have as much fun as their children and get in shape at the same time! This class is designed to increase strength and improve aerobic fitness in a fun circus environment. 55 minutes

Class schedule is the same throughout the year unless otherwise noted.
All classes meet once a week for a twelve-week session. One-hour classes are $168, 1-½ hour classes are $240 and 2 hour classes are $312, plus the $35 annual registration fee.

Our current session is Sunday June 27-Saturday September 18.
Our classes, with the exception of Flying
Trapeze, are offered in
twelve-week sessions.
We enroll through the first four weeks of the
session, and begin open enrollment
for the upcoming session at week 8
of the twelve-week session.
