Trampoline Classes

Trampoline class description

Tramp I (ages 8-16)
Adult Trampoline

Starting with the basic bounce, students will learn different body positions and how to rotate and twist in space, safely and in control. Trampoline skills improve balance and core strength, and provide an aerobic workout. A previous circus class is required.

Tramp II (ages 9-16)
Adult Tramp II

Building on the basics learned in the beginning trampoline classes, students will learn new body positions, rotations and landing positions, with attention to safety and control. Previous experience and instructor approval required.

Tramp II (55 minutes): Tuesday 5:00 (Coach Arthur)

Dry-land Diving (85 minutes): Sat 1:00 (trampoline class for divers)

Adult Tramp II (85 minutes): Thursday 6:30 (Program Director Chuck)

 

Class schedule is the same throughout the year unless otherwise noted.

All classes meet once a week for a twelve-week session. One-hour classes are $168, 1-½ hour classes are $240 and 2 hour classes are $312, plus the $35 annual registration fee.

 Our current session is Sunday June 27-Saturday September 18.

Our classes, with the exception of Flying Trapeze, are offered in twelve-week sessions.
We enroll through the first four weeks of the session, and begin open enrollment
for the upcoming session at week 8 of the twelve-week session.
