Hoop Classes
SANCA's Hoop class descriptions
Hoop 1 - Learn how to hula hoop! We will work on the basic movement, how to move the hoop up and down the body, how to hoop off of your limbs, how to walk while hooping and more! 55 minutes.

Hoop 2 - Got hoop? Build hooping skills. Fine tune and smooth out moves. Work on flow, sequencing, angles, on and off the body moves, partner work, floor work, splitting hoops and multiple hoops! The class will develop a group routine. 55 minutes.

All classes meet once a week for a twelve-week session. One-hour classes are $192, 85-minute classes are $270 and 2-hour classes are $348, plus the $40 annual registration fee.
